What have been Dan Duquette's best moves?

Here's how I'd rank them:

1.    Extending Adam Jones for 6/$85 mm.

2.    Signing Wei-Yin Chen for 4/$19 mm (including 4th year option)

3.   Signing Miguel Gonzalez to a minor league deal.

4.   Trading Devin Jones for Brad Brach.

5.  Signing Nelson Cruz to a one-year deal that cost a 2nd round pick but brought back a 1s pick.

6.   Trading Steve Clevenger for Mark Trumbo.

7.  Signing Nate McLouth to a minor league deal in mid-2012, then signing him to a $2 mm deal for 2013, then letting him walk.

8.   Figuring out a way to get Steve Pearce back two days after releasing him in April 2014.

9.   Signing Hyun Soo Kim for 2/$7 mm.

10.  Trading Jeremy Guthrie for Jason Hammel and Matt Lindstrom.

Honorable mentions: signing Wilson Betemit for 2/$2.75 mm, signing Pedro Alvarez for 1/$6 mm, signing Luis Ayala for 2/$1.85 mm (including team option), picking up Ryan Flaherty in the Rule 5 draft, acquiring Danny Valencia for cash, trading Troy Patton for Nick Hundley, signing Delmon Young to a minor league deal in 2014.

I'm sure there are some people who'd put the Norris and Miller trades on the list, but I wouldn't.

Lol, you really didn't leave too much out there.  Now you're just going to get a bunch of smart ass answers.

Jim Johnson to Oak for Jemile Weeks.

Getting De Aza for the stretch run in 2014.

Here is the shocker:

Andrew Miller for Eduardo Rodgriguez.  We've seen how Miller can change a whole playoff series.  He did that for the Tigers series for us in 2014.

I left that one out because, while Miller did help us in 2014, I simply feel the cost was too high.   I'd rather have had 6 years of EdRod.   But we'll have to see how EdRod ultimately pans out to know.

If only we had won the first game of the Royals series. If only Zach had had some sleep.

Miller was dominant in the 2014 playoffs.  7.1 IP.  8K 1BB 1H 0ER(of course).  We basically traded for an ace.  I'd score that trade as a win/win.

I hear he has some nice dance moves.

Yes but the mashed potato and the twist are long gone.  Whatever, he dances around the softball questions posed quite nicely!  Cruz and Trumbo for me.  Is that the same as "Robot and Pop"?

7 dominant innings in playoffs we swept the ALDS and got swept in the ALCS over 6 years of EdRod? We will have to disagree on that one.

I know some people think it likely but I doubt Andrew Miller was the difference between sweeping the ALDS and losing it. He obviously didn't help in the ALCS. That trade is a loss to me. The Norris trade is also easily a giant loss too, even though Norris had one of the all time greatest seasons in history that year. /s
