In a year or two when we are competitive, what do you think will be his role?

Too early to tell.  Curious to see how he shows up to ST in 2020 with his homework that Elias gave him to complete.

If he is on the team in 2021, not a starter and long man bullpen.  Pretty easy to get excited about someone when the majority of the team wouldnt be on a playoff team.  Just my opinion, but wouldnt pencil him in for the rotation 2021.  Maybe next year for eating innings.

I am trying to figure out if the O's keep Wojo on the 40 man roster over the winter.

We are going to be having a lot of these conversations, but the main purge is going to come when we need to make room for the rule five protection additions. I think there are five guys who need spots. Wojo Will certainly survive that purge.

After that it’s all a question of who we pick up in the off-season.

I can think of five or six guys we could lose without a blink, but he’s not one of them.

I wouldn’t look to book brooks, who didn’t have what it took.

I don’t think either guy is more than a long relief guy or possible 5th starter type.

Yup, the key to using him most effectively is getting him in the double word score tile.

Brooks would pass through waivers in my opinion.  Make him ST invite. 

As long as he doesn't completely fall apart in ST, I think Wojo is our #4 or #5 to start the season.
