It shouldn't.  Not for 2020.  O's would have to overpay, probably a big overpay, to get anyone that is liable to be good to come here.  If you were Cole how much more would the O's have to offer than the Astros?

We should try to improve it in the next 3-5 years. Improving it next year could slow down the long game.

I say when we pay off the Davis contract we should go all out and buy a couple Cy Young type pitchers. Thats 2037.

It is a very safe bet to say that a pitcher is going to go on the IL.
