My God man. He is thrilled with Jeter and ARod. I am an unabashed homer and proud to admit it and while Jim Hunters excuse making for the O's bothers even me, Thorne is overboard with the Yankees. Maybe 34 is right also, maybe he is a national broadcaster who is so use to seeing the Red Sox and Yankees he can not help himself.

Some of you guys do this every time the Yanks or Sox are against us.

Thorne gushes over A LOT of players, you just notice it more because you're so against the Yanks and Sox.

Good point. I may plead guilty to that. I do despise both the yankees and the Sox.

You conceded a lot faster than section34 did. He never conceded. He said a lot of really goofy stuff that night. :D

Seriously, I mean, I've heard him gush over Vlad Guerrero...he's an Angels fan, too. I've heard him gush over Ichiro...must be a Mariner fan...etc.
