I think I am relaxed.The thing is though, I have a ton of passion for this franchise(as every one does on this page)...I just manifest it differently.It's all good, some people dont like it...it's fine. I just love the Orioles and want them to win EVERY game. Of course, thats crazy to think that, but I do.I didnt realize that people would take my post and some would turn it into some sort of opinion page on me. I just offered my opinion.Thats all. -

The way, I decide if a thread has gone off the rails is to answer the question, “is this starting to sound like Pinstripe Alley?” if you want some laughs, go read some of their comments. But don’t come here and make the same comments. Roy, I know nothing about your status, I only know that you see demons behind every tree. Every strike or ball or hit or error is a harbinger of a doom that will ruin our carefully crafted season. I appreciate your opinion and enthusiasm, but friend, one catastrophic game is not “telling.” We have questionable players, but we’ve had them all year and we have the third fewest losses in MLB. Mike will do something big, something meh, or nothing at all(which is a distinct and unpleasant possibility ) and the Os will do what they do. But if the Os ONLY go .500 the rest of the way, instead of .623, we still win 93 games. So relax. -
Thought about starting a thread about this. He now also has a higher on base percentage as well. I point it out not to knock Cowser, who has been far better defensively this year than I'd imagined- but to say that Hays still has a very important role on this team, despite plenty of posters wanting to bury him after 50 ABs to start the season. SportsGuy talked about it in regards to next season, and that's a much longer discussion, because yeah 8 mil for a guy to 300 ABs is probably not what you want to do, but for the rest of this season, Austin Hays could bring a lot of value to this roster. -
Ok. I get that McDermott can be an asset in relief. Skubal can be an asset in the rotation. It’s all hypothetical. If the Tigers, hypothetically, insisted on McDermott, you would pass. -
