Holt and Mansolino

The more I learn about the promotion and hiring of these two coaches, the more I believe the decision had far more to do with Elias's organizational philosophy than money.  Cost is always an issue with any decision, but these are the two guys, specifically the types of coaches, that Elias wants in the organization, from top to bottom.  They cost less than Brocaill and Flores, simply because they're younger.  But, they are also a far better fit for the data driven organization that the Orioles have become.  I'm not particularly interested in Roch's comments, but I find Holt very interesting.
