I will watch these games, but if at any point the Yankees are winning going into the 9th inning, I will have to turn it off rather than watch the Yankees clinching the division title. That will be a bitter pill to swallow. I’m super-frustrated with this team’s play over the last three months, and especially in September. But not so frustrated that I won’t be rooting for the O’s with every bit of passion I have until their last game is played. -
I looks nice when you get the higher ranked guys but it hasn’t worked out that way for us the last few years. Braylin Tavera, Luis Almeyda, and Emilio Sánchez were, I believe, our top ranked guys the last 3 years but it appears in hindsight that none are now the best Oriole prospects from their signing respective signing class. -

So if they beat whoever they play in the WC round and then beat the Yankees to get to the ALCS but lose, you won’t be over the frustrating season? -

The final 6 games don't really matter. Just win one or two and we're in. Rest up and get ready for the games that matter. -
I’ve gotta think the LF gets smoothed out during the planned renovations, whether that happens this offseason or the following (I think Rubenstein said 2026 is when most renovations will be done and 2025 will be some of the low hanging fruit like sound/video). -

It may be. Cinci still has a pretty easy schedule this year, so I wouldn’t count them out quite yet although their defense is horrid. Pitt is playing well and the defense is for real. The Browns stink. The problem for the ravens is that the schedule is brutal. These next 2 weeks will tell a lot.
