That is a really good point. If he was looking hard at Boston, ESPN would break their regular programming for an hour retrospective on Tex leaning toward Beantown.

Well it sounds like if the Angels are bailing it would be an opportune time to make Boston feel like they have competition. What would be better way to do that then to have Tex quoted as saying that Balt and Wash are very much in it.
