Roster Moves:  Orioles recall Spenser Watkins and Jonathan Arauz from Norfolk, and option Marcos Diplan and Rylan Bannon.   The Orioles are down to an 8 man bullpen for one of the first times this year, as the 13 pitcher restriction took effect earlier in the week, and the Orioles now have 5 starters on the 26 man roster now that Voth has been designated a rotation member.

Hyde seems like he has one of these games every week where the O's rest several regulars.  So tired of these type lineups.  It's like waving the white flag before the game starts.  I know, the O's sometimes win.
