Blew it with poor defense and the fact that Bautista keeps messing around with that splitter which this night has been off.  You got a 100MPH fastball against a guy that's struggling, stop messing around.

Guy throws 100 mph and he’s floating back to back splitters at the top of the zone vs Winker.

Also blew it in the 8th when you couldn't get Martin in from 2nd.

Hays should have slid head first.

But yea the defense on that come backer was not good.

One too many, but when you throw that hard, make ‘em hit your best pitch. 

And Hays needs to find the wall sooner. That ball was up in the air a while and it was playable.

Winker shouldn't even be playing in this game. I can't stand MLB's appeal process that allows players to continue playing when there's clear evidence he violated MLB's rules, on camera.
