Italy losing to Panama leaves the door wide open for my Cubans to sneak into the quarterfinals if they can beat Taiwan tonight. Taiwan just beat the brakes off The Kingdom if the Netherlands though. Pool A is still wide open.

So if Cuba beats Taiwan and Italy beats the Netherlands, everyone is tied at 2-2.

I believe it is runs allowed divided by innings played 

Cuba is in good shape, having allowed the second least amount of runs behind Netherlands
