Should we keep an eye on Joe Ryan?

This righty is young, has great numbers and is only a free agent in 2028?

What are your toughts in him? Is there any chance we make a move for him at the deadline or next offseason?

I doubt the Twins would want to move him.

Why would Minnesota trade him? I don't want to say that they're all in, but they are definitely looking to make the post season this year.

I hadn't realized he was traded to Minnesota by TB for Nelson Cruz. 

One of the rare times the Rays appear to have lost a trade. Shows how good their pitching depth is that they can trade a talent like Ryan for a rental and keep putting out a great rotation every year. 

I doubt the O's will ever get there on pitching. We might be close to that level of depth in coming years with regard to trading away hitting prospects.

I’d offer a package of Cade Povich, Yennier Cano, Juan Nunez and Juan Rojas.
