As for Grayson, I'm not worried yet.  Just let him work things out in the majors unless he really falls apart.

I think that was Hyde’s biggest issue tonight. That said overall concern with Grod is his command. Not good enough tonight.

Its guys like him that most teams fire when they go from awful and needing a babysitter type manager to being good.  When we now need a Billy Martin/Weaver type.   Hyder(hate the baby nicknames he gives out.  Makes my skin crawl like nails on a chalkboard) just does not strike me as a great mind and real sharp.   Maybe its just the way he talks but he does not come across as smart.
