Anybody have a theory as to why this game is at noon?  Even for a midweek day game that’s an odd time. It’s certainly not for the TV ratings!

No idea.   I know they are playing more weekday day games this year so teams don't have to travel after night games as much.

But the Orioles are off tomorrow and Tampa is home again.   So there is no reason for this one to be at noon.

All of these weekday afternoon games during the work day are tough to follow. I get the need for teams to not have to travel late as much but it's not convenient for the fans.

For today's game no reason it couldn't have been played tonight w orioles off tomorrow and TB at home.
