When I saw the crane at Camden Yards this morning I hoped (unrealistically) that it could be something for a new sound system being installed.

I think there’s a strong chance that we can still blame J Angelos for this. Whatever deal he made with T Rowe to give them naming rights to the stadium must’ve been somewhat settled. I don’t know for sure but I think Rubenstein may have been a little bit hamstrung by that surprise and is now offering concessions to T Rowe so they don’t take legal actions for backing out of the naming rights deal.
