According to Fangraphs he's pre-arb and under O's control through 2028.  The catch is that he's in his mid 30s.

SportTrac says the Orioles have team control of his contract through 2026. He will be in Pre Arb nex season, then Arbitration. His service time is low because of all the time he spent playing internationally.

Hmm, then Sportrac and Fangraphs are not in agreement with one another on Suarez's status.  Either way it looks like he's with the O's for at least a couple more years.
