I still really wish we had signed Teixeira.

Lately I have been wondering if he had signed here, and were playing with the O's the way they are playing now, would he demand a trade in the offseason or become unhappy?

Or would our season be different completely because of his bat in our lineup?

I hate the Yankees as much as the next guy, but an O's fan bashing them for steroid use is hypocritical. Do you hate Roberts? If not, don't hate Petite, because they both used the "only did it one time while rehabbing" excuse.

Steroid use was more widespread among the Yankees than most teams, including the Orioles. They are pretty much at the center of the steroid universe.

Yeah, every team was/is using steroids, but the Yankee Dynasty of the last 15 years were pretty much built on the juice. Great teams built by steroids = sellouts = new ballpark.
