If his role is going to be 4th outfielder used as a defensive replacement, we are better off with Gathright of Patterson. They are both very good defensive outfielders who can both pinch run and steal a base.

I would have left Cla in. He pitched a great 8th. I don't know about having Simon pitch two nights in a row, and 3/4. Especially on a hot, humid night where the balls are flying out of the park.
