Not until Tim Raines gets in.

Raines had a much better career, and is easily an HOF'er imo. Lofton doesn't quite meet the standards imo.

Raines OPS+: 123, Lofton: 109. RC/G: 6.6 compared to 6.1. Steals: 808 to 622, with Lofton being caught more despite less steals. WARP3: 131.7 to 100.9.

Lofton is close, but I'd say no.
