Drese is pitching today because there are split squad games tomorrow and today's rotation slot is lined up for the first off-day of the season.

Guthrie will start Sunday's split-squad game against the Blue Jays in Dunedin. Tillman gets the Red Sox at home in the other game. Matusz pitches in a Triple-A game on Monday, while Britton starts for the Orioles against the Tigers.
