I think the reason the white panel hats look weird with the white jerseys is because there is no piping around the collar. The old jerseys had orange/black stripes around the neck of the jersey that didn't make the combo seem like such a white-out.

I think the orange bill really makes the hat, so I'm happy with that.

I'm not too big on the white panel with the white jerseys but it does look pretty cool with the orange jerseys. Overall, I'm pleased.

The orange alternate and road gray sets are absolutely stunning IMHO. Hopefully they tweak the home white set a bit more in the years ahead so it meshes with the white panel cap a little better. Great to see the white panel cap back though...

Finally, some Orioles gear I'd consider buying. Too busy at work to read the whole release, but does this mean the cartoon bird is back 100%? Or are we still messing around with the dumb O's hat/correct bird every so often?

As far as I can tell, the "correct" bird is gone for good and the "O's" cap is matched with the black jersey only.
