Well, let me say instead that I think he had a good reason to think he could make it to third. I would prefer he play it safe with this lead and stay at second. No reason to desperately try to get closer to scoring. Play the percentages and keep the pressure on.

Agreed. Cespedes did make a good throw too. Just don't like non speedy runners taking unnecessary chances (Jones was scoring regardless)

Well, I guess that velo is gone, but he is doing ok without it so far...

No complaints here. I would actually rather have the command then the velocity if I had to choose one or the other.
