I don't remember a time where Patton has contributed in a pressure situation. I'm sure there is one, but I feel like most of the time he hasn't come in high pressure situations. Could be one of those guys that can't do it, or is yet to adjust to it.

I understand it's easy to second guess bullpen choices, but to me Patton, Gregg, and Eveland are a notch below O'day, Ayala, Johnson, and Strop. I'd have liked to seen someone other than Patton there because it'd be nice to win this game coming off an off day where the bullpen got rested..

I guess what I am saying is that I miss Matt Lindstrom, because he was legit, and Patton isn't quite there..

I think that's debatable. But more significantly, we're still "hiding" him there, which in itself poses a weakness (essentially going with a 24-man roster).
