I mean when I can't make up my mind as to who's worse over there, Reynolds or Betemit, there's only one thing left to do: go out and get a decent third baseman no matter what the cost (almost).

I was going to suggest trying to salvage their useable parts in order to cobble together some kind of Martemit...but I really couldn't think of anything to salvage apart from Mark's OBP.

I don't think anyone is (or should be) surprised that a team with many horrible offensive numbers is struggling absent the long ball.

Here's hoping Markakis comes back/contributes and BRob's bat picks up. The O's only have 3 batters with OBP's of .341 or better (and even Markakis was at .333 before the injury).
