Steve Meleski is reporting he has signed, only 1st, 1st supplemental and 7th round pick remains.

I am not terribly excited about our supplemental pick, so no biggie in my eyes if he doesn't sign:

Hart may not be the best talent at that pick, but you still want him to sign for below slot. If not, the Orioles lose the entire slot money and won't be able to use savings towards someone else.
