Most times hitters aren't going to swing and miss at a pitch that far out of the zone and the rest of the time the pitch he throws flattens out and has no depth.

What happened to our offense?

Not saying he doesn't have work to do. But that one pitch was like the sliders that Adam and Manny chase so much.

Our pitching is near the bottom in all of baseball, our offense has been there lately also. I know, everyone we face is the next Jim Palmer.

Davis has an outside shot at 200 K's for the season. 190 for sure. Thats too many K's no

matter HOW great his season has been. Almost no mention of that on any telecast.

So, are you asking for him to cut down his swing to the point of maybe reducing his SO to maybe 100? And if so, and it affects his production by the same ratio, of say only 20-25 HR is that ok?
