They are reportedly talking to Tampa for both Price and Zobrist. If so, I'd imagine Franklin, along with Walker, would be a part of that.

His issue with LAD is that he wants to play CF. LAD is playing Ethier in CF over him. The Orioles have Adam Jones. Baltimore is not a fit for Kemp, regardless of the money issue.
