Don't worry our minor league system is filled of position player prospects. Said no one.:D

We will in a few years when we get the picks for Wieters, Davis, Chen, and Norris. Then we will eventually get picks for Manny and Tillman. Gausman will be too expensive soon after. The farm will be built back in no time :)

If you'd stop shaking your head so much you might be able to understand the intricacies of some of these issues instead of making basic statements with no understanding of what you're discussing.

A lot of teams would be thrilled with that flexibility. It's like a keeper league.

It's actually a decent roster. We should be getting a lot of excess at most every position. Hopefully Walker can play first or DH. If some pitching prospects are able to fill in and play at league average-ish quality, there's a lot of payroll flexibility to acquire a few players to fill up the rest of the roster.

I understand the folks that don't like Peter making money. I really do. This entire discussion has nothing to do with that though. Rich people get richer. That's America. Deal with it.
