You may not be but it’s an overhauling thought throughout Os social media land. Why aren’t people saying to put Gunnar out there? He’s fast. He’s got a great arm. Why not Westburg? Why not make Mateo an everyday CFer? The reason is because we have seen those guys thrive in other positions and a bad first stint (although OAA liked Holliday) jaded people and now they are looking for alternatives. This 100% isn’t a conversation if he was up here hitting well and playing good defense in the IF. It’s all reactionary. Note: people who have brought this up prior to Holliday being up are not who I am talking about here. -
I must admit, by the time it got to the corner it seemed just out of view to my seats. Thanks. Seattle used all fields to stay in the one. Guess his diving catch was redemption. -

I guess I'm wondering if the criteria for him coming back up is much more heavily weighted toward something on the ML club (i.e., Mateo slump or injury) than anything Holliday does at AAA. Like is there anything he can do at AAA to force Elias' hand prior to an injury/slump/trade necessitating a move? -
When he did this in one of his first starts at SS last year I was really surprised by his footwork + speed to field it, find the bag, change his route and still make the throw on time to 1st. It feels like his "signature" or "special move" (for the kids/gamers out there). If Jeter has claim to the jump throw (puked a little bit there -- okay now), it feels like Gunnar may come to be known for this DIY-DP. I wouldn't want to try and break that up. Must be 10x more imposing than sliding into Schoop.

I would have considered a bump up for Cameron Weston, who had two good outings for Bowie last week. He’s handled his promotion this month very well. Have you seen much of him? What are your thoughts? -
