Matusz, Roe, McFarland, have been suspect. Garcia was hurt and benched and not used until recently.

IMHO

Matusz and Roe may be suspect but their combined ERA is under 3 and their combined rWAR is 1.7. Givens has looked good and Garcia has been good in his appearances since coming back. The bullpen is an asset.
