I wouldn't be surprised if Wallace steps down this season and the Orioles make Ramon the new pitching coach. This situation reminds me of the Mark Conner situation.

I am pretty sure that he is just on a one year contract. The orioles had to talk him into coming back. I am pretty sure he wants to retire soon due to all the traveling he has to do. The orioles should make Ramon the pitching coach when the Orioles are on the road.
