Honestly they're pretty great.

Babe is my favorite player. I enjoy reading about him. They do have a history. It

is good the O's won two games.

These are going to be the best beans ever! Used WAY more mir poix than ever this time. Pulled a couple outside ribs of celery off and used the whole core, leaves and all, whole medium white onion, enough sliced baby carrots to match the onion. Thick slices 3/8". HUGE mutant hamhocks. Great Northern and White beans cooking... another hour.

My grocery store had a pathetic selection of dried beans! 5 kinds, all Goya (not a bad thing...) Lentils, Black beans, Great Northern and White, and "Canary Beans"... yellowish beans. Never heard of 'em. Used to be able to get 33 bean mix. I think the brand name was Ham Beens, 2 E's. Was literally like a 33 bean mix. Every bean big or small you ever thought of.
