Did some quick google image search digging into the stadiums of the era. None of the AL stadiums seemed to match. It looks to me like Griffith Stadium in DC:

Oh, I just remembered the Senators were AL teams. So it could be from anytime in that era that the O's and Senators played. I'm basically positive that's Griffith Stadium though. Hmm...

Let's jack up the difficulty a bit. Try not to cheat by looking at the url.

So first I'm looking at the uniform. There is no "W" on the front (man at first base), rather text. Also the cap and sleeves are not red. That means the years are between 1959 and 1967. Check out this nifty resource:
