Rays' Honeywell breaks elbow is out for the year.  Going to have to check the integrity of his TJ surgery.   Sounds like the wcs is career threatening.

Worse case scenario.  If there is a problem with the anchor point it could invalidate the surgery and doom future attempts.

Honeywell (24 AAA starts at 3.64 ERA) and Reyes (2.21 ERA in 17 major league games) were a lot closer to that brink than Harvey was.
