Hyde only likes to use him in high leverage pinch hitting situations. As a team, 15.9% of PA's were classified as high leverage. 23.7% of Kjerstad's PA's were. -
Casino garage now has gates, if you have a players card parking is free (excluding event days at M&T). Additionally, getting a players card is free. Believe the signs say daily parking rate varies, I think it was typically $5 when they put gates up some months back. Parked yesterday with players card no issue, as did many others. -

This would be my starting nine but move Adley down. Gunnar, Westburg, O'Hearn, Santander, Cowser, Kjerstad, Adley, Mullins, Urias. Use Mountcastle, Rivera, and Slater liberally off the bench if they bring in a lefty. I think a lefty with reverse splits is about the worst possible matchup for us. Lugo is more favorable and we are going to score some runs today. -
The narrative about this team is there. They need to change it. The 60/70’s Cowboys were called next years champions until they broke thru. The Nationals lost every playoff series until 2019 and they won it all. I don’t follow hockey much but the Capitals are a great example. There are a million examples. They need some damn success. Eflin needs to step up and give them a chance to get into the game. -
I’m sure they will point out 2nd in AL in runs while no longer playing in a hitters park.

It is very possible to get to extras without Holliday's speed being the difference that got us there. O'Hearn is actually a fast runner. The O's have shown repeatedly that they do not consider Santander a 1B and do not want him there. Yes, Holliday would very marginally increase the chances of scoring a run in the 9th. He would also weaken both the lineup and the defense in extras. Which gives the O's a higher probability of winning is a judgment call. As it turned out, it was irrelevant because of the horrible call on Adley's strikeout.
