Do you plan to watch tonight’s game?

Simple question, to gauge how much interest there is now that baseball is finally here.    

As for me, I’m not sure.    I may try to have my kids over for a socially distant dinner in the driveway if it looks like the weather will cooperate.    If so, that trumps baseball, even on “Opening Day.”    But if not, then I’m sure I’ll watch at least some of the game.

I don’t have MASN.  Not watching is not a lack of interest.  I watched all 15 innings that were on ESPN last night (and am paying for it this morning).

I have a friend who is a Braves fan coming over at 4 to watch the Braves/Mets game socially distant in the back yard (weather permitting, if there is rain will watch from inside 10+ feet apart).  Grilling hot dogs, drinking beers and eating peanuts.

We are then going to head over to Pickles/Sliders and watch the O's game on their outside tvs, assuming we feel comfortable with how socially distant their setup is.

It is Opening Day, I am excited to watch as many games as I can this year.

We always watch a show together after dinner so I will tune in as soon as I can after that. Hopefully Milone doesn't put us down too many so we still have a chance at that point!

I watched maybe an inning yesterday and got bored.  But I don't follow those teams like the O's.  I'll watch some and see if I make it the whole game.

It's been 299 days since I've watched an Oriole game that counts.  It's been about half a century since I've gone that long between watching O's games.  Yeah, I'll probably tune in.

Absolutely.  Even if it's a heavily asterisked-season, it's Opening Day for crying out loud.  Why wouldn't you watch (assuming you have access to do so)?

The question I think is incomplete. I’m not going to watch it on TV but I almost never watch on TV. I will follow on the app for at least a little while. I find the radio announcer unlistenable. I really cannot fathom why they hired him because he has none of the skills necessary to be a competent radio announcer. But the Red Sox guys are horrible too. So I’ll see how long I can maintain interest just following along on the app.

If I had MLB Extra Innings or MLB.tv I would.   However I'm unemployed now and trying to keep to a budget.   Might try to find a stream.

Meh.  I’m not as excited about baseball this year as I normally am.  If I’ve got nothing better going on then maybe I’ll tune in for a couple innings.

I do have TMobile and have the codes for MLB.TV and the Athletic.

If you have T-Mobile on your phone they give away a free year every year
