I don't not eat on purpose, to lose weight or anything. Very few foods appeal to me anymore. It's more trouble than it's worth to run downstairs and fix something.

I always thought Tate deserved to make the team. Live arm. Never agreed that his option should make him the one to go to the minors.

Intermittent fasting.  I only allow myself an eight hour window each day to eat.

Normally it's 0930-1730.  I've found it helpful.
