Before Mullins made it to the bigs I was hoping that he could turn into a Shane Victorino type offensive player.  He showed extra-base hit ability and could probably steal 20-30 bags.  After his disastrous start that hope went out the window.  Well, after this April, thats what I am hoping for again.
