I tuned in a bit late.  What happened with Galvis?  Is he IL bound?

If so, who comes up, Valaika?

It is a adductor soreness.  He had a double but went into 2nd easily.  Didn't come out on defense the next half inning.  

Do they trust Valaika defensively at short?  Could be Richie Martin.

Hyde just said he is day to day that it was feeling better after the game.  It is a groin pull.  It doesn't sound like he is headed for the DL.  If he would have been I would expect Ritchie Martin to get the call up.

To me, they still have to call up Martin or Valaika.  If Urias or Ruiz get hurt who comes into the game to play 2B/SS with Galvis hurt even if it is day to day.   I would option Flaa before tomorrow's game.

The bench gets even shorter. Flaa is a little redundant right now. I’d like to see us option Flaa and DFA Wells. I’d bring up Valaika and Wilkerson. Actually have a legit bench with a 26 man roster.

T Wells has impressed Hyde.  I doubt he is going anywhere.

He was up here for 20 service days and earned about $60,000 in the process.   Which is more than a minor leaguer who is in his first year on the 40-man roster earns in an entire season.   And, free health care for life.    It’s already been a great year for McKenna.
