Exactly….seriously, though. Does Elias now have the rep of a guy who’s not making moves to improve the team? Bradish should be a no-brainer if Ellis goes to the IL. 

Wait, Bradish should be in the rotation REGARDLESS of Ellis.

The O's have already gotten an extra year of control of Bradish, if that matters in his situation.  It shouldn't, IMO.

I would assume the next roster move is for a reliever, and if Bradish is recalled it won’t be till the day of the game he’s starting anyways

I literally shuttered reading Eschelman's name and him as a possibility.  Totally would not put that past this team lol.

I felt a shiver go down my spine reading Eshelman’s name.

Luckily he plays for the Padres AAA affiliate and would have be acquired via trade to comeback here.

This. I do expect Bradish to replace Ellis when the turn comes around, but until then it'll be a reliever.
