Struggling.  Ks are 3x BBs.  .203/.293/.635 in 79 ABs in Aberdeen.

Im surprised at how bad he has been in A ball.  I wonder if they are trying to work on things with him, ala Cowser and that is causing some of the issues.

I assume they’re trying to get him to put the ball in the air. He hit .450 in Delmarva on seeing eye singles.

It’s bizarre that he could be that good at Delmarva and then so bad at Aberdeen.  It’s a significant jump, but not that big.

Lingering Heart issues?  With his illness?  That would suck.  Hopefully he fully and totally recovers to his old self.

Unless this has been reported somewhere, it’s bad speculation.  The more likely reason for his poor performance is that he’s adjusting to the better competition.

I think they meant just regular fatigue from it being his first season playing in several years. Sort of like when nba rookies hit “the wall” bc the nba season is longer then college
