I wouldn't have him go across the bridge, I would take 13 North to DE-1 through Delaware and then come down 95 at Christiana. 

If he wanted to avoid the tolls he could take 50 to 301 to 313 to 213 to 40. 

Either way though, I would avoid the bridge.

What as I thinking saying that.  I use the route you laid out to go to Rehoboth Beach.

Haha, I live downtown and it is occasionally worth it for me to go through Delaware instead of taking the bridge when going to Rehoboth. Would never take the bridge if I lived in White Marsh or further north, so Aberdeen it is a no-brainer.

Clearly he should be double skipped to Bowie, and use the danged bridge.
