At this point I think it's Holliday, and rightfully so. I'd be fine with Jones or Lee as well, but any of the others would give me pause.

I agree, it's one of those 3.  I think Jones is BPA, although others have other players as BPA.

Jones-highest upside (imo)

Holliday- high upside (maybe another Gunnar) Lower floor and ceiling than Jones, imo

Lee- best college player w/ skills that will translate to MLB.  If Elias chooses Lee, he values getting player to majors quicker (for O's window) over a better player like Jones/Holliday.

Other potential picks have to many questions to make them #1.  Green too much swing and miss chance of failure.  Collier-just doesn't have as high upside as Jones or Holliday.  Berry and others-poor defensive flexibility.  Johnson-chance he is below average defensive 2B or even 1B (do you want a 5'8" 1B even with an elite bat?

I think Druw Jones is the best player and that's who they will take.    Elias said this is a good year to be picking #1 and he's said he likes taking HS players because of the upside.   I think part of the reason for getting the extra comp pick was to create more money for an overslot pick with the anticipation that Jones would command close to full slot at 1:1.   Just a theory!

Druw Jones Dad made his major league debut when he was 19 years old.  I don't think it would be a huge surprise to see Druw move through the system very quickly.

I have been listening for how much different in talent there is between the draftees.  Though Jones may be the most talented Holliday is close.    The others seem to be farther behind of one reason or another.

I think the O's will take the cheapest of the two which I think is Holliday.

I was tempted not to vote, since I really have no idea what the Orioles think, but I went Jones.   Best combo of ceiling and floor, and in the end, I think the O’s will knock a few $100k off his bonus demands and choose him.   But I’m not emotionally wrapped up in this pick.   I believe Elias when he says there are several really good alternatives.
