You would think they would try to sneak a livelier ball into a game like this. I thought Verdugo had a HR last inning and it died at the track, and I thought Santander had an absolute moon shot.

Just got home from getting soaked at the Tides game. Santander needs to run, but I think he knows that now.

At one time with Sunday Night Baseball ESPN would visit every ballpark during the course of the season to broadcast a game. Now every other weekend it's Yankees/Red Sox/Dodgers or a Cub=Cardinals series.

The previous home teams have been Pittsburgh, Philly, Pittsburgh again, and Cleveland. So I think they’re also focusing on teams geographically close enough for the 1 game visit to make sense.
