Not going to lie the last two weeks have been sad.   If we had just played .500 ball we would be breathing down Toronto. Ray, Seattle's necks.

We have not looked very good for a while now.

5-8 last 13 after peaking at 10 over. Looks like 5-9 after tonight. SEATTLE is 16 over. Would be 3 out instead of more than likely 5.

I heard a stat early in the game quoted by Ben, I guess. Said the O's averaged 3.5 runs in the last 26 games. But still found a way to be 14-12 in that time frame. Sounds like the O's were winning those low scoring games at the beginning of that period. Because, I agree. They have not felt like a solid club for awhile.

Here's the thing though. It's all about perspective and context right? This was considered to be a 100 loss team last Spring. And the team has overachieved big time to even sniff at the wildcard at this point.

I'm proud of this team (and I know you are too) and I can't wait for increasing success.

Yeah I am proud of them but I am quick to get greedy.   We had a slight chance and I wanted to bask in the glory of making the playoffs and hearing all the announcers talk about how it was a miracle.   Instead we will have this semi-miracle season.

Imagine how fun it would of been watching postseason baseball in Camden Yards this year.
