Cowser and Vavra aren't a match.  Vavra provides the ever-popular versatility of position.  Cowser always seemed to do best in CF.

I get the feeling that this is their last year playing in Oakland.  They'll probably figure out a way to play in the AAA stadium in Vegas for a season or two while the new stadium is under construction. 

If they try to play in the Coliseum again next year, it's going to look like covid season attendance.

Will they keep the A's name?  Funny Baltimore refuses to keep original names.  Neither time did Baltimore keep the name Browns.  When Baltimore Browns actually sounds decent.

Vavra has been basically an OF for us. With Mateo back, we have 4 players for 3 positions (2B, SS and 3B)
