this line is overplayed, who should of been added? Nearly every option people wanted are doing awful and at a 3-4+ year 50+ Million $ cost. At cost + term Gibson literally is looking like one of the best pitching additions in all of baseball from the offseason.

I hated the trade to Boston even when they did it.  The Orioles never have starting pitching prospects and Duquette gave our best one away for a freaking rental.   Hated it.

We need to trade for EdRod just to make sure no one else does. The last thing we want is to face this guy in another uniform later in the season.

Problem is they didn't resign Miller or upgrade the team.  They just sat on their laurels.

He's pretty much a regular vs lefty pitchers, as Hyde likes to get 7 to 8 RH bats in the lineup vs every lefty we face.

I don't think he has started a single game against a righthanded pitcher.

We seemed to have faced an inordinate # of LH starters this year.   Checking.........

Yes, today is the 12th and 13th time we have faced a lefty starter.   Cleveland is at 12, Mets 12, Atlanta 10, every other team 9 or less.   Half the teams in MLB have faced 7 or fewer lefties, with St Louis only having faced 4.
