Well as I said last year, Gunnar is a star.  Was at the game today and he is heads and tails above anyone playing today other than Trout....and we all know how good he is.

Just another level of player.  I bet without him we are right around .500 or a little above.

He is that good.

Great players but far from the only ones playing at that level.  Juan Soto, Mookie Betts, Shohei Ohtani, Jose Altuve, Bobby Witt Jr, Elly De La Cruz, CJ Abrams and some others are playing at a similar elite level.

I am not going to cry for the Angels on that one, because over a long season things even out.  At least thats what I have heard for the last 70+ years. from announcers who knew more about baseball than I did.

Agree.  But he is at or about at their level and only 22 and in his 2nd year.   He just has that 'it' quality about him.

I'm glad you got to see him in person.  It must have been a special day for you, one you'll remember for a long time.  Perfect weather, a lot of action, an O's win, and yeah, seeing Gunnar up close like that.  And with other O's fans too!  Happy for you.

Elly De La Cruz is 22, in his second year, and his "it" dripping off of him.

Agree.
