The 2024 Trade Deadline

I really hope they don't trade any of the big 3. I'd rather trade Westburg or Cowser before I trade Basallo, Mayo, or Holiday. 

I believe Mayo could be a RH Gunnar (offensively), I am sorta hoping they move Holiday to CF, and I think Basallo could be the 1st player to hit the warehouse in a game.

I know he's not on the top of anyone's wishlist, but Taillon put up 7IP 4H 2ER 0BB 7K against the Phillies today dropping his season ERA to 2.99.

I would have a hard time justifying Kjerstad for a reliever. I think I would pull the trigger on the others. Kjerstad for one of the top controlled starters on the market is a solid deal for both sides. Still, I'd like try and get Scherzer for cheaper before offering up Kjerstad.

Exactly the type of starter I expect Elias to target at the deadline.

That’s very vague wording. Does anybody know whether that means that Mike was called about Crochet or Mike made the call about Crochet?

I like Kjerstad, but if the A’s were fine with that proposal I’m making the trade. I can’t see the A’s agreeing without a pitcher added to that package.
