Yep, and if Stowers didn't have to play in with 1 out and the win run on 3rd, that last hit would have been a deep flyout.   

So even on a terrible night he basically gave up 1 run in two thirds of an inning, unearned because of an error he made.

I think a 3 run lead is pretty safe.
